How do I log in to my account?

From the home page, click "Meeting Planners" in the top right-hand corner of the website. This will bring you to the "Advertiser Login" page. From here, please enter your email and password to access your account.

  • If you do not have an account, please fill out the "Advertiser Registration" form on the login page to create one.
  • Note: The "Sign In/Register" links in the top right-hand corner are for meeting attendants only. Do not use these to access an advertiser-side account.

Once you are successfully logged in, your name will appear in the top right-hand corner.

How do I post a meeting?

In order to post a meeting, please click the "Post Meetings" link under the "Meetings Manager" section of your Dashboard. After filling out the form, please click "Submit for Review" so that our team can review the meeting and post it to PTMG.com.

How do I edit a meeting?

Once you've logged in to your account, you can edit existing meetings on the "Edit Meetings" page under the "Meetings Manager" section of your Dashboard.

How do I feature my meeting on the home page?

On your Dashboard under "Attendees" there is a "Purchase Products" link. From here you can use our secure checkout system to purchase upgrades to your account.

  • A Featured Meeting Upgrade places your meeting on the PTMG home page.
  • There is also a Sponsored Meeting Upgrade. This makes your meeting a top search result for attendees.
